Andy Goldsworthy0

Here we are creating our own environmental piece of art work.  We went on a hunt to find natural materials to use in our design.  Then we arranged what we had found then drew it carefully.  We checked it against our success criteria before we set it in clay.  You will be glad to hear parents that these creations are on the way home!  The children worked very hard and enjoyed it!  Unfortunately I have left my memory stick with photos on at school whoops!  I will add photo on Monday!

Day at Far Ings3

We had a fabulous day investigating pond life and identifying the creatures that we found.

We had to be very careful near th water!!

We also went into a bird hide to watch the wild birds found on the water.  We found it hard to be quiet especially Mrs Heeley!

We used binoculars to get a closer look at the wildlife.
